Delete Your Account and Data

Effective date: 26 July 2026

Most of SetSync works entirely on your device and does not require an account. You only create a SetSync account if you use the optional coach features. If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@setsync.app with the subject "Delete my account". Please send your request from the same email address you use to sign in, so we can verify it belongs to you.

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials (email address)
Your athlete profile and any coach links
Workout and set logs stored on our servers
Any lift submissions, comments, ratings, and program progress tied to your account
Any videos you chose to upload to a coach, and any AI analysis or processing results generated from them
Any personal records, bodyweight logs, bookings, and workout sensor data synced to your account

What stays on your device

Videos, body pose data, bar path data, and analysis created in the app stay on your device unless you chose to submit them to a coach. We do not hold your local data, and it is removed when you delete the app or clear its data from your device.

Data we may retain

We do not keep personal data after deletion except where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud prevention obligations. Any such records are held only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
